1. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms.

3. Account Registration

5. Payments and Refunds

  1. All payments made on the platform are subject to our payment terms.
  2. In case of disputes regarding payments, contact our support team for assistance.

6. Refunds Cancellation and Changes

  1. Cancellation in the first 24 hours after booking: 25% Charge. Except if booked less than 1 month before the Exam.
  2. Cancellation: No Refund
  3. Refund in case of Illness on the Exam date: Only in case of severe illness, after submitting the doctors report and proof of diagnosis 24 hours before the exam, 30 % will be deducted as processing fees
  4. No Show or Late Show on Exam date: No Refund
  5. Changing Personal Data in the first 48 hours after booking: Free of Charge
  6. Changing Personal Data less than 1 Month before the Exam: 1000 INR Charge
  7. ​Changing Booked Positions: in the first 24 hours: 25% Charge, later, full charge

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Quadrigo.in is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  2. We do not guarantee that the platform will always function without disruptions or errors.
  3. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

7. Privacy Policy
