On the first Exam it's not possible to apply for only one Modul.
If you failed one Module, you can repeat the second module during max. 1 Year.

You only need to book the second Modul to get a complete Certificate.

The telc Exams are all Computer based. We provide Laptop's with 15.6" AntiGlare Screens. No additional Software is allowed to be used.

All our Exams are using Headphones.
This helps the students to focus on the hearing.

Please check each Exam seperatly, the prices vary depending on the Level.

We need a picture of your Passport or your Adhaar Card.
Please keep this on Hand.
Also make sure, that you can make a payment.

Currently there is no fast correction possible.

1 Week till the Certificate arrive at Quadrigo
4 Days to ship the Certificates to you (When Certificate Mailing is bought)

We accept several options for payment, the most used one is UPI.
The payment is done at the end of the booking Process and can't be postboned without loosing the Seat.

After the Registration you will get the Registration Confirmation as a Mail.
7 Days before the Event you will get the Hall Ticket by Mail.
5 Days before the Event you will get the Hall Ticket als by Whatsapp

Quadrigo is not responsible for the traffic in Bengalore, which can be terrible.
If you are from far away, plan at least 1.5 hours extra time.
We can not delay the start of Exams. They will start exactly on time.

Please carry the following items:

  1. A blue ballpoint pen
  2. A valid ID proof (Passport or Aadhaar Card)
  3. A photocopy of the ID proof
  4. A bottle of water

For a surcharge of 350 INR we can send you the Certificate to your adress.
Its also possible to pick up your Certificate here at Quadrigo.

Cancelation in the first 24 hours after booking: 25% Charge. Except if booked less than 1 month before the Exam.

Cancellation: No Refund
Refund in case of Illness on the Exam date: Only in case of severe illness, after submitting the doctors report and proof of diagnosis 24 hours before the exam, 30 % will be deducted as processing fees
No Show or Late Show on Exam date: No Refund

Changing Personal Data less than 1 Month before the Exam: 1000 INR Charge
Changing Booked Positions: in the first 24 hours: 25% Charge, later, no refund
 

The Certificate is valid forever. All Modules needs to be passed for a valid Certicate.

Yes, it works as follows:
A1, A2, and B2:
Reading, Listening, Writing = written modules
Speaking = oral module

For example, If you fail any one section, either Reading or Listening or Writing section, you must retake the entire written module. 

B1: All four parts can be taken separately.

The ÖSD Exams are all Paper based. Please bring your Pens.

Speed Correction (also known as Express Correction) is an optional service where your exam is prioritized, and you receive your results within 10 working days after the exam is completed. 

The fee for opting for express correction is:

  • ₹8,000 for A1 and A2
  • ₹9,000 for B1 and B2
    (All fees include GST)

You will receive your result within a maximum of 5 weeks. 
The certificate will be available a few days later and can be picked up at the examination center. We can also send it to you by Courier.
Sending the Certificate to you takes about 3-4 Days.

Speed Correction takes 10 working days and incur an extra fee.

ÖSD Learn Material

You must submit a written medical certificate. You will receive a partial refund of the fees, but not the basic fee.

For exam levels A1, A2, and B1, you are not allowed to use a dictionary.

For the Zertifikat B2 exam, you may use a bilingual or monolingual dictionary.

For Zertifikat C1 and C2 exams, only a monolingual (German-German) dictionary is allowed.

Electronic dictionaries, language computers, or similar devices are not allowed.

Please carry the following items:

  1. A blue ballpoint pen
  2. A valid ID proof (Passport or Aadhaar Card)
  3. A photocopy of the ID proof
  4. A bottle of water

ÖSD Rules and Regulation

Yes, if you prefer, your certificates can be couriered to your home address. A small mailing Fee apply.

Mailing Fee for Indian adresses: ₹350
Mailing Fee for International Courier: depends on Adress

All ÖSD diplomas are valid indefinitely. However, when submitting your certificate to authorities or institutions, there may be time limits (e.g., certificates are generally not accepted if older than two years when presented as proof of German language proficiency for university admission).

If you’ve booked a different module than intended, please contact us immediately via e-Mail or Whatsapp. If there are still available slots for your intended module, we may be able to make the change. Please note:

  • A service fee of Rs. 1000 + GST will apply for any manual change.
  • If the intended module costs more than the one you originally booked, you will also be required to pay the difference.
  • The request needs to come at least 2 Week before the Exam starts
