TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Quadrigo.in website and its associated services.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our platform.
  • "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Quadrigo.in and its operators.

2. Use of the Platform

  1. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
  2. Unauthorized access, misuse, or modification of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms.

3. Account Registration

  1. To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register an account.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update any changes.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on the platform are the property of Quadrigo.in or its licensors.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written permission.
  3. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Payments and Refunds

  1. All payments made on the platform are subject to our payment terms.
  2. In case of disputes regarding payments, contact our support team for assistance.

6. Refunds Cancellation and Changes

  1. Refunds

    • All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

    2. Rescheduling

    • If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking and the exam date is more than one month away, the exam may be rescheduled subject to availability in the next 6 weeks. A 25% rescheduling fee will apply.

    • If the exam date is less than one month away, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling is permitted, regardless of when the booking was made.

    3. Medical Exceptions

    • In cases of severe illness, a reschedule may be permitted even if the exam date is less than one month away, provided that:

      • A valid medical certificate and proof of diagnosis are submitted; and

      • The documentation is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam.

    • Approved medical reschedules are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee and are granted at the sole discretion of the exam provider, subject to availability in the next 6 weeks. 

    4. No-Show or Late Arrival

  4. Candidates who fail to attend the exam or arrive too late to sit the exam will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  5. If you notice an error in your name, you can request a correction within the first 48 hours of registration, and this will be done free of cost. Corrections requested after this initial 48-hour window may be subject to a processing fee. Please note that no name changes can be made within 48 hours of the exam date, so candidates are encouraged to review their details carefully and promptly.
  6. To request a correction, please send your request in written form to info@quadrigo.in. Only requests received via email will be accepted; corrections requested through other channels (phone, chat, etc.) cannot be processed.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Quadrigo.in is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  2. We do not guarantee that the platform will always function without disruptions or errors.
  3. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

7. Privacy Policy

  1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices.

8. Governing Law
